VERONIKA RAJEK Official Store Return & Exchange Policy

All sales of our limited-edition t-shirts are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the purchase. This policy complies with U.S. federal and state laws, which do not require refunds for online apparel sales unless the item is defective or not as described.

Size Exchanges

  • Customers may request a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size; if unavailable, no refund or store credit will be issued.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact support@veronikarajek.com within 14 days with your order number, photos of the item/tags, and desired size.

  2. Repackage the item securely and ship to the address provided (return label not included).

  3. Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we will ship the exchange item with free shipping.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items.

  • Items without original tags/packaging.

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item, incorrect size/color, or damaged goods, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or exchange at no cost. Refunds are not offered even in these cases.

Important Notes

  • No cash refunds or store credit for non-exchanged returns.

  • The FTC Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to online Shopify store purchases.

  • This policy is prominently displayed on product pages and checkout to ensure transparency.
